A high pitched squeal came out of the boy. “Aiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiideeeenn!” The boy shrieked as his older brother, Aiden, picked him up and spun him around.
“Put me doooooooowwnn!” The boy pleaded.
“Whatcha’ gonna do about it, Jake?” Aiden laughed as Jake squirmed in his grasp, laughs and giggles erupting from him.
“Let go of him now!” Their mother’s voice yelled from the kitchen. Aiden recoiled and put his brother back on the floor. The mother then chuckled under her breath and called out to the boys, “Dinner!” Both Jake and Aiden stared at each other, then Jake smirked.
“I’ll race you to the dinner table!” Jake challenged Aiden.
“You are so on!” Aiden laughed as both of them went full speed sprint to the kitchen.
Aiden lived a typical life, in a typical house, in a typical neighborhood. He had a mother, a father, and his little brother, Jake. Aiden loved his brother dearly, since they were only a five and seven year olds, they would always laugh and play together. Even now, at the age of fourteen ,and sixteen, they would play stupid games. Not Call Of Duty or anything like that. They would actually go outside and play hide & seek. Yeah they were a couple of children, but they did mature up when they needed too. For example, Aiden has a gorgeous girlfriend. She has soft blonde wavy hair, ocean blue eyes, and the voice of an angel. Or at least what she seemed like to Aiden. He counts his lucky stars for everyday he spends with her. Aiden never thought he was good looking. Long brown hair, hazel eyes, and the voice of a pigeon dying...He never understood why a beautiful girl like Catherine would even look at a guy like him. He’s so lucky.
“Aiden!” Jake yelled at Aiden while throwing a piece of corn at his head.”Eat your dinner before i do!”
“Alright, Alright, christ!” Aiden laughed as he put a big fork full of mashed potatoes in his mouth. Jake continued to swallow his food down.
After the food was devoured, and the dishes clean in the shelfs, they all went to their rooms. “Dude.” Jake called out to Aiden. “I’m totally going to kick your ass tomorrow in wrestling.”
“Yeah right! I always win.”
“Nu-uh i won once!”
Aiden rolled his eyes and chuckled.
“Exactly. Once.” With that said, he closed his room door. He trudged over to his bed, stripping down to his boxers, and crawling in. Tomorrow he gets to see his beautiful girlfriend. Perfect, wonderful, Catherine. He closed his eyes, and attempted to sleep. That is, until his phone vibrated. He lazily felt around his bed for his phone, and once it got in contact with his hand, it vibrated two more times. Who could be texting him at this hour? Along with how many messages he was getting. He unlocked the screen, and clicked messages. There was 3. All of them from an anonymous number.
Unknown: Poor boy.
He stared at the blue link in his inbox for a moment. ‘Poor boy?’ The hell did that mean? Then along with that, theres a link to it? Sounds off...He should just delete it, and go back to trying to sleep. The curiosity got the best of him though. “I guess...I’ll check it out in the morning…” He mumbled to himself, turning off the phone. He then laid there in the darkness, his eyes slowly closing, until he was fast asleep.
